Sunday, 5th March

This weekend I have returned to training.  I have managed a short run, very speedy bike ride and a swim!  My back is feeling loads better and I feel that I can now train properly again.  I have been trying to eat really well also – plenty of fruit, vegetables and carbohydrates to keep me energised. 🙂
