    Making opinions sound like facts;
    Emotive language;
    Technical language;
    Facts;
    Making the reader feel Guilty;
    Rhetorical guestions;
    Powerful verbs;
    Modal verbs;
    Making it sound like everyone’s on your side;
    Strong adverbs.

    Guilt, facts, rhetorical questions and daring the reader to disagree with you.

    We have been using: emotive language, rhetorical questions, a strong use of verbs and adverbs and modal verbs. We have also been daring the reader to disagree and using facts.
