In Bali, plastic is banned. If one country can do it, why cant WE?

  2. PAYAM says:

    Yes,because it saves the environment.

      Hi Juan!
Of course we remember you! Thank you for commenting on our blog. Please feel free to add comments any time. We hope you are getting on well in your new school.

I would like to build on what Eleni said in class.
I donโ€™t think it should be illegal because if I only have a single plastic bag at my house, it doesnโ€™t mean that I should be penalised just for that. Also I might have a plastic bottle
( not single use ) but that still counts as plastic. I think that single use plastic should be reduced but not illegal.

  5. Ethan says:

Yes but if you have a plastic bottle re-use it as your bedside drink at night

  6. Adi says:

I think single-use plastic should be illegal because just a small amount of plastic can affect the environment severely. Bio-degradable plastic has always been difficult to make, so until it becomes much easier to produce, we should stick with other materials like paper and cardboard.

  7. Ethan says:

    Does anyone want to reply

  8. Adam says:

I think single use plastic should be illegal because it really affects the environment. Anything that you can use more than once is ok as long as itโ€™s limited.

  9. Mina says:

This might be quite irrelevant but my mum had this as her profile picture once. She thought it was funny and I did too but now it’s just sad…

  10. Ewen says:

I think plastic should be LIMITED not illegal. Plastic is a very useful material and it would be very hard to find an eco-friendly replacement. Also, reusable plastic bottles are perfectly fine for the environment as they are not thrown away.

  11. Sam says:

i don’t think it should be band I i just think we should use A LOT less of it
