Maths problem of the day from White Rose
Owing to technical issues last Friday, today’s maths offering is a BOGOFF – you’re very welcome! 😉
Any questions…?
In school last week, Owls B were talking about some of the problems that we have come across with our home-learning, including links not working, or just not being sure how to do something. Â Some people said they didn’t know where to go to ask for help, so we decided that it would be useful to have a weekly post on the blog where you can ask everyone in Owls about things you are unsure about. Â The idea is that we all – not just Mrs. Watson – look out for each other, just like we would if we were all in school together.
I hope this helps – if you have any more suggestions for the blog, please post them in the comments section. Â Thanks.
Irrelevant information
This is an idea that I have purloined from the Year 5 blog – thank you.
To kick this off, you might like to know – or not – that in the Watson Household, Thursday nights are stir fry nights… yum 🙂
This week’s science
I know that some of you had problems with this week’s science PowerPoint on our home-learning page. If you click on the link below, it should now work without everything being muddled up.
Kindness
If you click on the link below, it will take you to a PDF which has our ‘Say Something Nice’ inspired poems, as well as images of Owls’ Charlie Mackesy inspired artwork. Happy viewing – as ever, please leave your feedback in the comments box. Thanks.

Here’s today’s problem…
P4C – “Does she want to be seen or does she want to stay hidden, and if so, does the black help her not to attract attention?
Thank you to those of you who submitted your thought-provoking questions for our P4C discussion this week.
The winning question this week is posed Erika:
“Does she want to be seen or does she want to stay hidden and if so does the black help her not to attract attention?”
Please discuss in the comments.
