What should we do to maintain good personal hygiene at all times?

    We should wash ourselves frequently, wear clean clothes and underpants every day and use to much of ANY oil or spray. Also, during covid-19 we should mantain social distancing by staying in our own buble to keep us clean and healthy.

    We should always wash our hands with soap for 20-30 seconds before eating and after going outside. (May I add that if you use to much hand gel, it will damage your skin.)

    You must have a shower every day bacause you can get stinky and you must keep your self healthy

    .bathing
    .brushing your teeth
    .changing your clothes everyday
    .washing your hair

    Washing is so important. As we saw on the video, you need to change your clothes have a shower and don’t use the same clothes, wash them.

    Furthermore, brush your hair regularly to comb away all the dirt and dead-ends. After you hve combed clean the hairbrush to insure other user’s health.

    1.Brush your teeth.
    2.Take a shower about 4 or 3 times a week.
    3.Making sure you change into clean washed clothes.
    4.Wash your hands after going out or after using the toilet.

    Having personal hygiene is important because it prevents us from getting sick and smelling unpleasant. Little things like washing hands, having showers, brushing your teeth and hair may seem little but mean big things. Many religions also have rules about personal hygiene to keep their followers clean such as Islam, Judaism and many others.

    I think we could keep our selves healthy by:
    .washing at-least once a day
    .wash your clothes regularly
    .shower right after exercise
    .wash your hands after coughing or sneezing
