Guided reading -home learning

Hi everybody,

There appears to be a problem with the Bookscool website at the moment which is frustrating as I know you need to access this to read Skellig online in order to answer your comprehension questions. We don’t know for how long this website will be down for so in the meantime, use that session to focus on your home reading instead. Choose a selection of questions from the Guided Reading question cards and write them and the answers in your home learning books. Please give detailed answers and reference the text where appropriate.

    Good afternoon,

Mr Burns I know that for the website it doesn’t work but for one of the lessons you have to draw a picture amd then use the text to explain what is happening. How do we do that? Shall we just do a little explanation or leave it.

    Hello,

Mr Burns my little brother(Rizwan Year 4) is having trouble with some of the websites because they don’t work and he doesn’t have a blog to contact her like we do. He is wondering if you have any way of contacting her to tell about the problems he is having and others might have two.

    Good morning,

Mr Burns, it hasnt been two weeks yet so how are we supposed to evauate our projects if we aren’t finished?

      Hi Ansaar,
Remember to be sensible with your questions. If you have not yet finished the task, then you must wait until it is complete before you evaluate. Remember, you are working at your own pace during home-learning.
      Thanks

    Good afternoon,

Mr Burns the website for Skellig does not work again.

Hi Ansaar, thank you for letting me now. That website is really glitchy and unreliable. I’m sorry that it is not working again.
Try to come back to it in an hour or so. Please don’t worry if you can’t get the work done because of the website.
I hope you are well. 🙂

    Good afternoon,

Mr Burns is the assment sheet for our Vikings reports or Skellig?I hope you are well.

      Hi Ansaar,
The evaluation sheet in Thursday’s English is for your non-chronological Reports on Vikings that you began with Mrs Lyne. Most people have not yet written up/typed up this learning so this evaluation will be in your home learning for next week as well for those who have not written up their story.

I am good; thanks for asking! However, I do miss Pelham and working with all the kids from Ospreys. 🙂

    Sorry evaluation sheet.
