World Book Day

Well done everyone for your teamwork in creating our World Book Day classroom door.

I love this cover design inspired by Robin Stevens’ Murder Most Unladylike mystery series! What do you guys think?

I think it looks really good but it seems a bit too cramped and it might have looked better if we left some blank space. Also, I was thinking on the back of the door we could have a blurb but instead of being about the book it could be a description of the series or maybe someone like Catherine could do a raving on it and we could put it close to the door. Just a thought.

Such a dramatic-looking door, well done Ospreys!

    Dear Ospreys

Your World Book Day classroom door made me smile when I first saw it, partly because I think it is very stylised, partly because it is a book that I have read and enjoyed. Adi, I think it would be a great idea if you were to include a ‘Raving Review’ as part of your design: I think this might entice others to read this book, and/or other titles in this series.

I agree with Ewen and Adi the door looks a little bit over crowded ,I think people like Catharine who’s read the book could make a blurb {not coping from the book}I also think when we finish Pants Project we should one of the books.
